Upload a phone photo of the room and a fabric sample, and Flo generates photorealistic previews in seconds — locked to the actual product, mount, and manufacturer spec you select, not a generic mockup.
Do I have to pay for my installers?
No. Installer seats are always free — you only pay per Owner and Designer seat, so you can bring your whole install crew onto Flo at no extra cost.
Can clients approve designs without creating an account?
Yes. Clients get a private link or a real photo text — they can review, comment, and approve directly, no login required.
Will this replace the other tools we use?
For most studios, yes — Flo brings pipeline, design renderings, client messaging, and scheduling into one place, so you're not duplicating work across four different apps.
How long does it take to get set up?
